You all know how we emphasize bringing high value rewards with you to class.  We also know that dogs get bored easily and who has time to bake a variety of treats every day!  Well now we've come up with a fun way to get to know each other, share recipes and swap some of your favorite homemade dog treat concoctions with your fellow students!

2015 Pup 'N Iron Spring Homemade Dog Treat Swap

TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 7:00pm

The Rules

This will run similar to how those Holiday Cookie exchanges work.

1.  Each participant will make a batch (or two or three or four) of homemade dog training treats.
2.  You will place some of the treats in "snack size" zip lock bags.  The number of bags you prepare will be determined by a) the number of participants and/or b) the number of times you'd like to swap.  For example, if we have 12 participants, you are free to make 12 snack size bags so that you can swap with each participant.  If you only want to swap with 6 other participants, you would only make 6 bags, and so forth.
3.  Each bag must be labeled with the name of the treat, and you also must submit a detailed listing of all the ingredients in the treat.  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT so we can avoid any dog getting a treat containing something he/she is allergic to.  The easiest way to do this is to list the ingredients on an 8x11 sheet of paper and then make copies so you can give a sheet to each person you swap with.
4.  ENJOY!  Or shall I say, let your dogs ENJOY!

Please email us at info@pupniron.com to R.S.V.P. that you will be participating in the exchange.  That way we will know how many baggies of treats to bring.

We're looking forward to this being a lot of fun!!
