RAINBOW BRIDGE

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow
Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially
close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow
Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our
special friends so they can run and play
together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and
our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are
restored to health and vigor; those who were
hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of
days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for
one small thing; they each miss someone very
special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day
comes when one suddenly stops and looks into
the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His
eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run
from the group, flying over the green grass, his
legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your
special friend finally meet, you cling together in
joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The
happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands
again caress the beloved head, and you look once
more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long
gone from your life but never absent from your
heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

We must remember this: Loving our dogs carries such a high emotional price when we lose them, but the unconditional love they shower upon us while here makes it all worth it.

The touch of my hands was the first thing he felt when he entered this world, and the last thing he felt as he left it.  You will always be my "good boy."

From the first day I saw you I knew you were perfect for me! If it weren't for you I wouldn't be the person I have become today. You touched so many lives in your short life on earth. And we managed to do so much together! You were my heart and soul! I love you and miss so very much!  You Are Gone.............. But Never Forgotten!

Kenya was a sweet dog who was taken much too soon.  She never let her medical problems interfere with her zest for life.  She taught me how to love.

Farwell my sweet and noble prince. You touched the lives of everyone you met with kind, gentle and quietly playful nature. My life you touched mine most of all. You were always there for me during the good times and the difficult ones. You were my protector, my working partner, my soul mate and my best friend. We were two halves of one whole. I was so blessed to have you in my life for the short time you walked on this earth, you taught me so much. You are gone from my life, but not my heart. Until we meet again at the bridge…
